Eating w/o a SO (on the road)

Today I'm fixing my favorite chili - The Bomb Chili that's from Tami Perry-Cockrell, she posted it on the Facebook group —100% Pure McDougall / Instant Pot Users. This is my variant but it's close, you can find hers if you want. I've been attempting to eat a Dr. McDougall lifestyle for a number of years but most of the time unsuccessfully, so sad. 😅 My wife passed in February and the purge of the 'bad’ foods is nearly complete.
