Da' Bomb Chili
Today I'm fixing my favorite chili - The Bomb Chili that's from Tami Perry-Cockrell, she posted it on the Facebook group —100% Pure McDougall / Instant Pot Users.
This is my variant but it's close, you can find hers if you want. I can't seem to keep from tweaking any recipe. 😝
I've been attempting to eat a Dr. McDougall lifestyle for a number of years but most of the time unsuccessfully, so sad. 😅 My wife passed in February and the purge of the 'bad’ foods is nearly complete. Not to mention me finally not falling for my temptations chips and cheese puffs (you known the ones I'm talking about). If you don't buy them you can't bring them home. I also had a bag of potatoes that had a a couple going bad 👎 yuck! I put the good ones in the oven to bake.
After they cool I will bag and vacuum into FoodSaver bags and freeze to have for quick meals or snacking.
