Although I've been making this for some time now using a mashed potatoes mix this is the new 'from scratch' recipe. I had this for brunch today using the dehydrated FRONTIER CO-OP Deluxe Vegetable Blend for Soup mix, Idahoan Original Mashed Potatoes, along with McCormick Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning. I like super simple cooking. I fixed this in the Instant Pot instructions are for the stovetop.
