BBQ Soy Curls
There wasn't going to be a write-up about my dinner last night and this evening but I'm sitting here full and content. I fixed 'barbeque' Soy Curls. Last night in sandwiches, today as the protein entrée on the plate.
Rehydrating the soy curls with some spices (Kirkland Organic No-Salt Seasoning, onion and garlic powders, liquid smoke, & liquid aminos) takes about 20 minutes. At dinner time I dry sautéed them in a non-stick skillet until lightly browned, then slathered bbq sauce to resemble pulled protein.
I should have taken a pic before eating, but like stated earlier I wasn't planning on taking the time to write it up.
